EFT tapping is a powerful and ancient self-healing tool. It helps deprogram and reprogram the mind. It also works and influences both conscious and subconscious levels.
It was created by clinical psychologist Roger Callagan in the 1970s.
In this course, you will learn how to use EFT tapping for your own well-being, and I will also teach you how to apply it to others.
What the course consists of:
This is a single course where I share everything about tapping. From the history of its origins to an exhaustive description of each point and meridian (which organs and emotions each tapping point is related to). I explain in a clear and understandable way how you can create your own phrases for your own process, using your own words, and also how you want to accompany someone else's process if you are a therapist.
I guide you step by step on how to guide others during a tapping session. I'll share some tips with you to make your group or one-on-one session a success!
